Sedrik R. Newbern has over 25 years of experience delivering results in sales, marketing, career development and fundraising as an entrepreneur, consultant and senior leader.

This broad knowledge and experience led to the purchase of an Allstate insurance agency in 2010. Two additional agencies were acquired and merged in 2011 and 2012 combined with organic growth to build a $3.5 million agency operation. Sedrik has been a recognized leader in sales and marketing as a small business owner and in corporate marketing for a Fortune 50 company. He has developed and conducted over 500 workshops on marketing strategies and sales processes. As a result, these workshops were delivered to over 2,500 business owners and Fortune 500 leaders. Similarly, he has personally consulted with over 1,000 small business owners. The focus of his consultations were on marketing, sales and customer experience strategies and processes.
